EASY EXCHANGES
CREATE AN EXCHANGE
- Log into your account on www.globalschoolwear.com
- Click on your name in the top right corner of the page
- A menu will display on the left side of the page, click on Order History
- Locate the order for the item(s) you wish to return and click on the order number
- Now click on CREATE EXCHANGE! These buttons are located near the top left corner of the order details section. If the shipping date has exceeded our 30-calendar day timeline, these links will not be clickable.
- Enter the quantity field and the return reason for each item and click PROCESS EXCHANGE.
- Acknowledge the credit card authorization and enter your Credit Card details. Click COMPLETE EXCHANGE.
- You’ll need to ship the returned items back within 14 days of starting the return process.*
- You will be immediately redirected to a page that displays the return packing list and prepaid shipping label for the items being sent back to us, click PRINT.
- Enclose the printed copy of the return packing list inside the return package and apply the return label to the outside. Drop the package at your nearest USPS (United States Postal Service) dropbox or location.
- You will instantly receive an e-gift card for the originally paid value of the returned goods. This e-gift card will be emailed to you, stored in your online account with us, and auto-applied to your replacement order.
- You may use this e-gift card to immediately shop for exchange items (this allows you to order exactly what you need).
- If the exchange order is placed within 10 days of creation of the e-gift card, you will receive FREE standard shipping and EXPEDITED processing of your exchange order. The shopper is responsible for any product or price changes that exceed the value of the e-gift card.
*To process an exchange, a credit card authorization is required for the value of the order. The authorization will be voided upon receipt of the returned items. If we do not receive the return items, the authorized card will be charged for the unreturned items. There are no exceptions, we cannot process an exchange through customer service without a credit card authorization.
NOTES
(Examples include sizing returns, dislike the look, feel, fit, or style, changed your mind, etc.)
- If the item is in the original form (unused and not washed or worn), and the order shipped less than 30-calendar days ago, you may process an Easy Exchange or Standard Return.
- Returns received without proper paperwork (please see process details below), not in original condition (item has been washed, worn, or the tags removed), and not a defect, will not be refunded in any manner. Also, we cannot ship returned goods back to the customer for any reason (if the customer changes their mind about the return).
- We encourage you to use our online sizing guide to determine what size best fits your child. Should you need additional assistance, our Customer Service team will be happy to help. Since many of our garments are embellished with logos on demand, ordering multiple sizes of the same item to determine correct fit is not permitted.
- Altered items and custom items are not returnable for any reason.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Q: Upon locating my order, the CREATE EXCHANGE and/or RETURN button is not clickable?
A: The CREATE EXCHANGE and/or RETURN button is not clickable because the ship date for each item on that order has exceeded the 30-calendar day return timeline per our policy.
Q: After clicking the CREATE EXCHANGE and/or RETURN button, only certain items from my order appear, not my entire order?
A: The items that do not appear have exceeded the 30-calendar day return timeline per our policy.
