QA Tech

As a QA Tech, you will be responsible for conducting regular inspections of school uniform products to ensure they meet quality standards. You will identify and report any quality issues to the production and management teams, work with the production team to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions, and maintain accurate records and documentation of all quality control activities. You will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of our products and assist with training new team members on quality control processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular inspections of school uniform products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Identify and report any quality issues to the production and management teams
• Work with the production team to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all quality control activities
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of our products
• Assist with training new team members on quality control processes and procedures
• Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in a quality control or inspection role, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issues
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Ability to maintain speed and efficiency and be fully committed to excellent customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask when necessary
• Ability/aptitude to learn the setup and operation of complex folding and bagging machinery
• Strong team player attitude
Physical Demands:
• Walk and stand for long periods of time
• Use hands/arms to reach for and handle merchandise and materials
• Regularly lift, push, and/or pull up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift, push, and/or pull up to 25 pounds
